This conference is a call from the Father to remind us that We Were Built Gorgeous! You are A WOW Woman; woman of worship, wailing, the word, wisdom, wealth, worth, wellness and a Warrior that Will, ‘Walk In the Spirit of God!
Jeremiah nine God called for the women to come. He also said in Galatians 5:25, ‘If We Live IN the Spirit, Let Us Also WALK In the Spirit!’ For as many that are Led by the Spirit of God, they are the Sons of God! and if sons then Heirs and Joint Heirs with Christ Jesus!

Dr. Renee Allison was divinely assigned by God as the architect of Woman by Design, a Woman on Purpose, to carry the vision of Woman by Design Global Ministries (WBDG).
WBDG is a ministry designed to motivate, inspire, and build women in faith—equipping them to uplift others, value their voices, and walk in their worth. Created by God, called by God, complete in God, changed by God, and covered by God—she is a Woman by Design!
For over 25 years, God has used Dr. Renee to minister His word in conferences, workshops, virtual masterminds, and one-on-one encounters, activating, building, and mentoring women to unapologetically become who God designed them to be. She boldly declares:
"You are not an afterthought or secondary."
"You were not designed to be muffled, muted, or marginalized!"
"You are His masterpiece—His Magnum Opus—a Kingdom Carrier!"
Dr. Renee encourages women to tap into the prophetic flow of God's Kingdom design, allowing it to be released through them on Earth.
She serves alongside her husband of over 50 years, Apostle Dr. Grant III, at New Life House of God World Outreach Ministries, Family Life Global, and B.U.I.L.D., a mentoring fellowship for leadership development. Apostle Grant has been a vital partner in WBDG since its inception over 25 years ago.
Dr. Renee is a devoted wife, mother of four, and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. She is an apostle with a prophetic grace, an author, worshipper, and intercessor—passionately committed to serving God!
